The suite offered incredible views and a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The entire suite was super clean and well equipped, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were plenty, and it was delivered at a time of our choice and was absolutely delicious. The welcome bowl of fruit, cheese, olives, and more was a nice touch, and there was also plenty of tea and coffee available. The communication with the staff was great throughout our stay.

The bed in the suite was small, which could be uncomfortable for some guests. Additionally, the stairs leading up to the apartment on the third floor were challenging to navigate with a pram and cases, but the apartment itself was definitely worth it.

Mind-blowing decor that creates a jaw-dropping atmosphere. Super clean and well-stocked with everything you could need. The panoramic view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Excellent location near the central bus station and right in the middle of the old town. The host was incredibly kind and even looked after our luggage after checkout. Free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was even a coffee maker for the perfect cup. Daily room service and a welcome fruit basket added a special touch. The air conditioning made for a comfortable stay even in the colder months. No pets allowed and no smoking on-site, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautifully decorated room and the thoughtful amenities. We were delighted to find a welcome basket filled with fresh fruits, wine, and even olives and cheese. The panoramic view from our balcony was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect space to relax and enjoy the city below. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the central bus station and a variety of excellent restaurants nearby.

While our overall experience was fantastic, one minor drawback was the lack of an extra set of linen and blanket for the extra sofa in the room. We had hoped to sleep separately but were unable to do so due to the limited equipment provided.

I would have loved if the children working there had provided some extra assistance for senior guests. A little extra help with carrying luggage or navigating the stairs would have made the vacation even more enjoyable for us.
